To our newest Resident:

Freid El Property Management is very excited to welcome you to your new home! We are happy to have you. Please know the management team is always here to help you. We sincerely hope that you find your new home comfortable and enjoyable.

This section of the website will provide relevant information to guide you through the process of renting your unit. Take time to read it carefully. Always check back for future reference and updates!

As you begin the process of joining our resident community, we invite you to visit our  “Resident Log-In” where you can make rent payments and request the occasional maintenance visit.

Move In Issues: Our dedicated maintenance team does their best to prepare the unit for your stay. That being said, they are unable to stay and function in the unit as a resident does. Please keep a running list as you settle in of any issues and concerns that you would like for us to fix. After a few days of feeling out the unit call or request a “Move In Issues” service order online and we will promptly address your needs! Note; when requesting service issues over the phone or online please only make one ticket, feel free to list as many issues as you need resolved in one request.

Initializing Utilities: Please set all utilities to your name within 3 days of your move in date. Promptly send the “Utilities Sign Up Sheet” via fax, mail, or email completed to the office to avoid any additional charges or service termination. As a friendly reminder: we no longer allow Satellite Dish service.

Rent Payments: Rent is due on the first of each month. To help with timely payments you may pay online. Cash Pay locations are also available. Please call the office to set up an account and learn what cashpay locations are near you! Please mail checks and money orders to the following address:

Tips :

* As a tip we do require renters insurance. Renters insurance is often less than a dollar a day. This will save you from unanticipated but unfortunate loss of your very important belongings.

*Trash: Bulk or Furniture Removal requires a phone call. Items that are too large to throw away in trash cans/dumpsters may not be left atop or around the dumpster area. All boxes must be broken down. Leaving trash or bulk items outside of your property, declared areas, or times will result in fines. Kindly contact management if you have items that you are unsure of how to dispose. Everyone must do their part to keep our properties clean.

*Coin Operated Laundry is placed for your convenience in each multi unit property. If you experience any problems with the laundry machines, please call the direct number posted in the laundry room.

*Lockout Policy: Lockout service is available during normal business hours (Monday through Friday, 9am until 4pm). For lockout services requested after business hours please call the Maintenance Emergency line. There is a ($25 for first and second offense, $50 for third and fourth offense, $75 thereafter) cash service fee due at time of service for lockout calls made outside of regular business hours. Other lock related services fees will be added to your following months rent as follows; spare key fee $10 per key, Lock change fee $25, door replacement $150-$300.

*Please “Like” and follow Freid El on Facebook for important office notifications, specials, or community involvement competitions.

Finally, keep one important rule in mind – please respect your neighbor! Renting allows for many benefits over owning. One of these benefits is living in close quarters to others. Be considerate with noise, smoke, and visitors.  Again we welcome you!
